Craigard Investments LLP

Craigard Management Team

Craigard Investments LLP is an energetic and fast-moving property partnership with a strong pedigree. Already a significant player in the South of England, our primary, though not exclusive, geographic focus is the ‘box’ between Weymouth and Brighton and northwards to the M4/M25. Targeting all forms of property assets between £500,000 and £50m through development, trading, investment, joint ventures and asset management, a flexible and analytical approach is applied to each situation. With over £85m of transactions completed in our first three years, we have almost hit our initial five year target. With bold plans for the future, to continue building a property portfolio and strengthen the trading abilities of the business, we have set ourselves some aggressive targets to ensure future profitability.

Track Record

We have a wealth of property expertise, grounded in comprehensive experience within the industry. Leading Craigard is Founding Partner, Paul Foster. Paul has built an impressive track record with IM Properties over 15 years, handling and securing many major deals and playing a significant role in the strategic direction of the company. With a desire to be back by the sea and his sailing, Paul has returned to the South to use his experience, contacts and local knowledge to put Craigard on the map.

A solid back-up in all property aspects is provided by Andrew Bates who brings a wealth of experience acquired with over 30 years in the industry. Having trained at the old Jones Lang Wootton in the early 1980’s, Andrew went on to become a Director of the Solihull based Bryant Properties. More recently, he has been advising a number of property companies on their portfolio strategy and he has a particular specialism in the branded hotel sector.

Our two principal investors, Atkins Properties Limited and Deeley Group, bring much more than funding; both are long–standing family businesses with strong balance sheets.
