As part of the Atkins Holdings Group, Atkins Properties Limited is a well-established family property and venture capital investment house based in Epsom.

Atkins Properties was established in 1961. It has a direct property portfolio throughout the UK with indirect property vehicles and joint ventures in the UK and Europe. With a net worth of over £25m, Atkins has established a network of 15 joint venture partners who, over the last 15 years, have transacted 45 seperate investment structures. A wealth of experience and contacts in all areas of the property investment and development process enables us to use this knowledge where required.
