Penultimate property acquired at Solent Business Park
Rok Development and Craigard Investments are celebrating the successful acquisition of Turnberry House in a £1.8million deal, the penultimate property at the prestigious Links development at Solent Business Park.
The development is 9,482 sq.ft. and has 35 car parking spaces available. Solent Business Park is already home to companies such as Zurich, Volvo, Numerica and Regus, and the acquisition is the 11th purchase that Craigard has made since its formation in 2004.
Director, Paul Foster commented: “The acquisition is a good move for Craigard as we begin to enter our third year. We have aggressive plans for purchases over the coming year and it is good to begin with a deal in a popular site on the South Coast.”
Richard Stileman, area director for Rok Development, said: “Craigard Investments performed to the letter on the deal and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them.”
“We have now sold 16 out of 17 buildings at the development and we are delighted with the speed of sales we achieved. There is now only one 7,150 sq ft unit remaining – Gleneagles House – which can be sold or let as a whole or on a floor by floor basis.”
The Links benefits from a sought–after location, a well–designed air conditioned space and excellent accessibility. It also has generous parking facilities and is in close proximity of convenience stores, making it ideal for many different business types.
