David McGougan, surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton’s Fareham Office added: “The iO Centre has always proved to be a popular estate, as the units offer excellent connections to junction 9 of the M27 motorway and the A27, Fareham Road. The site has attracted occupiers such as Graham’s Plumb Centre, B&Q, Welcome Car Finance and Contender Sailcloth and we anticipate a good level of demand for the remaining two units.”
