Afon Horsham
Craigard have secured lettings of 54% of the floor area of ‘Afon’, their newly refurbished office building in Horsham, prior to practical completion.
In the first transaction Regus, the international serviced office provider, have taken 10,000 sq.ft. and made a major capital investment in a full spec serviced office centre. It opened for business on the 12th July 2010 and already there have been encouraging levels of take-up of space.
In a second transaction, 3,500 sq.ft. has been let to Sopra Group, an international IT consultancy group with around 12,000 staff in nine countries.
Paul Foster, Managing Partner of Craigard Investments, expressed delight that there was such a strong vote of confidence in the Afon project at Horsham, given the economic uncertainty surrounding corporate life at the present time.
