Craigard have maintained their steady progress towards full occupancy of the Ailsa Building on Solent Business Park.
Cowan Consultancy Limited have taken just under 1,500 sq.ft. on the ground floor to relocate their building and engineering consultancy business. David Button, the Managing Director of Cowan Consultancy, said “We have been looking to move to this sought-after location for some time – the office at Ailsa Building is in a well-known location for our clients and better positions us going forward”.
In a second letting, Your Finance Today Ltd, took 900 sq.ft. on the ground floor. A newly started mortgage consultancy, they have already expressed interest in taking additional space.

The building is now 82% let and there are a number of positive current enquiries.
