Craigard has a flat and speedy decision-making structure, enabling us to take advantage of interesting opportunities quickly. Our two principal investors, Atkins Properties Ltd. and Deeley Group Ltd., are experienced property players and fully committed to the injection of substantial private equity into the business. A recent venture agreement formed with Royal Bank of Scotland allows us to target larger projects and deals.
