Three Years On
Since forming in the Spring of 2005, we have completed 14 major deals totalling over £85m.
New joint ventures have been established and primed, most notably with the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Real Estate Ventures which provides up to £50m of spending power. This investment has allowed us to target vacant properties and those with short-term, unexpired leases. The fund is active and deals are already underway.
All of our initial success has been built on a philosophy of precise and thoughtful identification of opportunities, sophisticated analysis, meticulous attention to detail and hard graft. Without this, we simply would not be where we are today.
We are set up to adopt a considered ‘risk and return’ profile, so we can target opportunities which might not suit the mainstream investment market. Vacant industrial and office buildings which require a considered view on the occupational market, complex projects spanning mixed-use/combined refurbishment and extension/alteration/development situations are all of interest to us. We bring inspiration to projects and aim to add value.
