Since forming in the Spring of 2005, we have completed 14 major deals totalling over £85m.

A number of joint venture relationships have been established, most notably with Royal Bank of Scotland Real Estate Ventures but also with a number of other investors having like-minded objectives. Given the overheated investment market prevailing in our first couple of years we initially targeted vacant properties for enhancement with over 600,000 sq ft let or sold. We are now fortunate enough to find market conditions that allow us to seek out more traditional, medium term situations with asset management and enhancement potential. We are actively exploring counter cyclical buying opportunities.

All of our initial success has been built on a philosophy of precise and thoughtful identification of opportunities, sophisticated analysis, meticulous attention to detail and hard graft. Without this, we simply would not be where we are today.

We are set up to adopt a considered ‘risk and return’ profile flexible to each project, so we can target opportunities which might not suit the mainstream investment market. We endeavour to bring inspiration to our projects and aim to add value in a proactive and focussed style.
