Alliance Automotive expands its HQ at Eskan Court

Craigard is delighted to announce that Alliance Automotive has taken the remainder of the first floor at Eskan Court following its move to the building in January 2017.

The 3,592 sq. ft. suite was leased to Isotrak along with part of the ground floor until 2020. Following Isotrak’s decision to relocate its business to Northampton following a company acquisition, Alliance Automotive was keen to take on the space.

A surrender agreement was completed with Isotrak at the same time as a new lease being put in place with Alliance Automotive. The new lease is consistent with the existing lease to Automotive, running until 2027 with a tenant break in 2022. The rent equates to £16 per sq ft.

“We’re delighted that Alliance Automotive has been able to satisfy its growth requirements by expanding further in Eskan Court.” comments David Foster of Craigard. “This transaction not only improves the WAULT of the building since Isotrak’s lease was due to expire in 2020, but also the total annual income which proves rents are increasing in the location. Furthermore, we are assisting Isotrak in trying to find a new tenant for the remainder of its ground floor premises which is being marketed by LSH.”
