Following the expiration of Corin Group Limited’s tenancy at the property in January 2018, Craigard has already successfully extended the existing sub-leases of the building, ensuring it remains fully occupied.

Craigard is pleased to confirm it has secured a new 10 year lease with Trust Systems Limited on the first floor of the building (with a break in year five at a rental of £16 per sq ft). Ground floor occupiers, Södra Wood Ltd’s reversionary lease (for 15 years at a cost of £14 per sq ft) has also now commenced as of 1 February 2018. “Both of these new leases shows growth in the rental market together with the high quality of space within the building,” comments David Foster of Craigard. “We’re delighted with the outcome of these negotiations, which have not only added value and secured the long term security of the building, but have completed the first phase of the Business Plan.”

Constructed in 2006, the property is a traditionally-built, modern office situated within a prominent office park with generous car parking. The ground floor has a total area of 4,807 sq. ft, and the first floor has 6,647 sq. ft. Located half a mile from the centre of Cirencester, it provides good access to local amenities and excellent transport links to Swindon, Gloucester and Bristol.
