Craigard has invested an additional £200,000 in its prestigious Waterfront House in Nottingham.

The first floor suite, recently vacated by energy supplier Eon, has been refitted with new carpets, ceiling tiles, LED lighting and an integrated energy efficient heating and cooling system. This follows the new toilets and refurbishment to the common areas completed in 2017. “We believe that the best way to re-let this building is to present it to the market as the best space available on Sherwood Park. With the investment now made in the building it presents brilliantly” comments David Foster. “With some substantial occupiers on the Sherwood Park, we know we can maximise investor returns and command a good rent by investing in the building, and we are now actively marketing the space to seek new tenants.”

Waterfront House is located around 11 miles north of central Nottingham and has fantastic links to the M1 motorway, as well as into Nottingham and Mansfield. It comprises of three suites totalling just over 20,000 sq ft which are available separately or combined. FHP is acting on behalf of Craigard.
