Craigard is delighted to have let part of the ground floor of one of its flagship properties, Prism, located on Solent Business Park on the south coast.
The suite, totalling 3,330 sq. ft. has been let to leading FinTech company LendingMetrics at a cost of £15.00 per sq.ft. rising to £16.00 per sq. ft. in year four.
