Phase One Of Bridgwater Two Now Fully Let
Craigard has successfully completed lettings to two new tenants at its Bridgwater Trade Park development.
The estate comprises circa 40,000 sq.ft. of new warehouse and industrial units split across five units on a self-contained site.
Commercial laundry provider Elis UK Ltd has taken on unit 5 (9830 sq. ft.). A standalone unit with secure yard, the deal was agreed at £8.50 per sq. ft. on a 10-year lease with a five-year break. The site will enable Elis to provide services to the region from this base. Concurrently, Probiotics producer and supplier, ADM Protein Ltd has agreed a 10-year lease on units 1-3 (totalling 23,157 sq. ft.) at a rate of circa £8.20 per sq. ft., also with a five-year break. This deal will help with the organisation’s expansion plans. The two lettings mean phase one is now fully let as they sit alongside existing tenant, Easy Bathrooms.
David Foster of Craigard comments, “Construction on Bridgwater Trade Park started in May 2019, and it has definitely been long journey for us after a couple of false starts with previous tenants. We’re delighted that the final units in phase one have now let, and we can now look ahead to plans for phase two – 1.4 acres of land ready for development. We were confident that the space in phase one would be desirable, and it’s great to see that it has now been occupied, despite the various issues that were thrown at us.”
