Craigard Goes from Strength to Strength with New Appointment
Craigard is pleased to announce that business founder Paul Foster has been joined by his son David, who will jointly run the business as Investment and Asset Manager.
David, a Chartered Surveyor, brings over eight years of experience, primarily in the Business Space sector. He has both local experience on the South Coast with Lambert Smith Hampton, and most recently national experience based in London with Cushman and Wakefield. As well as being part of the Property Week Industrial Agency Team of the Year 2014, he has worked for both occupiers (including SIG PLC, Ford, Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer's) and Landlords (including M&G Real Estate, AVIVA, SEGRO, Exton Estates and Hutchison Ports).
David will be focusing on managing Craigard’s growing asset profile, with Paul continuing to work closely with investors to develop the growing network of syndications. “My plan A was always to join the family business and I'm excited that it has now materialised,” comments David. “Whilst I wasn’t expecting to join this early in my career, it seems the ideal time for me to help continue with the growth of the business. Craigard has a reputation for making sound, grounded investment choices, and the facts speak for themselves; £40million of assets under management, £20million of co-investment raised by word of mouth alone, and £3.6million of annual rent collection is an impressive growth for any ten year old business, so I couldn’t resist any longer. I am relishing the opportunity to work client side, and with my experience, coupled with a different contacts book to my father, I am confident that I can assist in taking the business to the next stage.”
“David will bring an extra dimension to the business,” added Paul Foster. “His strong industrial background and successful reputation will boost our gravitas, as well as help us manage an even wider asset portfolio. I am delighted to work alongside my son, and Craigard has some very exciting times ahead."
