Craigard Flexes its Muscles with Latest Purchase in Segensworth.
Craigard has made another acquisition on the South Coast with the purchase of a 30,000 sq ft site at Solent Business Park premises in Segensworth.
A former research and development facility, 16-18 Barnes Wallis Road, Segensworth has been renamed Flexus, to reflect the flexible potential of this site opportunity. The premises will initially be stripped back to a shell condition and marketed on a totally flexible basis; offices, R&D or warehousing uses are all options for the site going forward, whether that be refurbishment of the existing building or re-development.
“The site is perfect for a variety of potential tenants or owner occupiers,” comments David Foster of Craigard. “It’s in a great location, can offer fully refurbished offices/R&D space or almost 50,000 sq ft of new build warehousing available, which can be transformed according to who takes up the lease to lease or purchase. We are delighted to be able to offer a truly flexible offer to the market - creating bespoke solutions based on occupier demands.”
The deal is worth £1.2million and was purchased by on behalf of a syndication of investors.
