Flexus attracts an new occupier just five months after purchase!
Craigard, on behalf of a syndication of investors, has sold the Segensworth-based Flexus complex to an owner occupier in rapid time after purchasing it just last February.
“We knew we had purchased a fantastic asset in Flexus, mainly down to its flexibility as a site and the adaptable buildings,” commented Paul Foster of Craigard. “However, we really did not expect to see it snapped up so quickly! It is testament to how attractive the building is, and our ability to spot assets that appeal to occupiers. We are delighted with the transaction and look forward to helping the new owners with the refurbishment project going forward. Now we need to find another project to replace it!”
The building has been purchased by Just Develop It, which was already based locally and looking out for an expansion opportunity. Flexus is located in Segensworth, Hampshire, and comprises of two, two-storey connected buildings. Currently approximately 25,000 sq ft of space, the site has the ability for expansion with a total site area of 2.05 acres (0.83 hectares) and low site density of approximately 25%. Craigard restructured the long leasehold interest as part of the original transaction.
LSH and Vail Williams acted for Craigard.
