Craigard AGM Overviews Another Successful Year and Looks Forward with Cautious Optimism
Craigard recently held its Second Annual Gathering at the Oriental Club in London.
Joined by thirty or so investors, Paul and David gave their views on the outlook for property post-Brexit. They were joined by Alex Titheridge of Colliers, who provided insight into the commercial investment market, and Howard Richards who gave a private investors’ perspective on commercial property.
Following a buffet lunch and the chance for networking, Paul then went through the current property portfolio to give investors the chance to ask questions and discuss any current issues. “The event was once again well received,” adds Paul. “It was well attended and it was great to have so many of our investors together in the same room. We had some positive feedback from those that attended which is really appreciated. We’ve had a successful year at Craigard and it was good to showcase that to everyone plus allow investors a chance to meet each other. It builds on our concept of a close knit property investment club. Now we’re back to work to make sure that next years’ event has equally positive feedback to report.”
