Refurbishment Helps Segensworth-based ‘Prism’ to Sparkle
Following the recent purchase of ‘Prism' in 2016, Craigard has now completed the refurbishment and rebranding of the building, which perfectly complements the neighbouring ‘Spectrum’ building.
To ensure that Prism is of a similar standard to Spectrum, various cosmetic improvements have taken place to the exterior of the premises, including respraying of the external paintwork, upgrading of the entrance canopy and lobby, installation of air conditioning to the common areas and revamping of the landscaping.
In addition, further works have been completed to the ground floor vacant suite including the installation of a small kitchenette and brand new energy efficient heating and air conditioning system.
With five tenants in place already at the site, only one vacant unit remains at 4,696 sq. ft., which is ready for immediate occupation. “The quoting rent is £14.50 per sq. ft,” comments David Foster. “This is reflective of the work we have done, and the huge potential we see from the property. Spectrum is our flagship site, and we are confident that Prism will be as attractive and fully let in no time.”
