A sizzling June for Craigard at Junction 9!
Craigard have been busy whilst the sun has been shining – no time for sailing this summer!
Lorne Stewart - one of the UK’s leading engineering contractors - have signed to take the remaining first floor space at Eagle Point – just under 3800 sq.ft. They will be re-locating their Swanick Office and opening on the 1st August. It’s a ten year deal with a five year break.
Craigard acquired Eaglepoint in December of last year so this is a very pleasing result to achieve this letting within six months. One ground floor suite is all that remains available – 4800 sq.ft.
Since acquisition Craigard have fully refurbished the reception area and are nearing completion of associated external works – a new entrance canopy, planting and reconfigured landscaping. An exciting project.

The good news continues in that Craigard have also signed their first tenant at Spectrum – 1600 Parkway on Solent Business Park, also at junction 9 of the M27. Mitie, the national facilities management company, have signed to take approximately 10500 sq.ft on the ground floor.
Craigard acquired Spectrum last October and have undertaken an initial refurbishment of the external fabric and reception area leaving the offices to be refurbished to individual occupier’s requirements. As a result of this initial letting Craigard are now proceeding with the complete renewal of the mechanical and electrical services in the building – new energy efficient heat recovery air-conditioning is being installed. Vears have been appointed as main contractor and the contract sum is around £750,000.
There remain the first and second floors of the building to be let and a small suite of just under 3000 sq.ft on the ground floor.
