Overview
The business plan was to explore a refurbishment and leasing strategy. Rent reviews and lease renewals were secured, void space was refurbished and then re-let creating a strong WAULT of 6.9 years.
Rental levels also materially increased during the hold. Given the strength of the market in 2019 and the profile of the investment an exit was secured at nearly double the acquisition cost.
