Craigard Celebrates Full House at Loughborough within Three Months of Purchase
Craigard has secured the letting of its last remaining vacant unit at the Swingbridge Industrial Estate.
The estate, now full let, comprises twenty four units of varying size, in the well located town of Loughborough, with excellent transport links to nearby Nottingham, Leicester and Derby. The letting is to conference and live events production company Event Engineering at a rate of £60,000 per annum, on a ten year lease.
