Craigard to bring forward new trade park in Yeovil having already secured a pre-let for part of the newly created Lynx Trade Park scheme
Craigard is to redevelop its site on Garrett Road in Yeovil to create Lynx Trade Park.
The scheme is prominently located fronting onto on Lysander Road and will consist of four trade counter units all with main road frontage and excellent loading and car parking.
The scheme, which now has full planning consent, will be redeveloped on a fast-track basis to meet the area’s strong occupier demand, offering flexibility from 5,000 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft, with all units available for occupation by Autumn 2018.
Unit 1 which is 5,000 sq ft has already been pre-let to a national tile operator, which will look to open the branch before then end of the year.
