New Tenant Baking Up A Storm At Recent Letting in Southampton
Craigard is pleased to announce the letting of 11 Above Bar to family run bakery chain, Wenzells The Bakers.
The property occupies a prime position on the pedestrianised section of Above Bar Street, only a short distance from one of the main entrances to West Quay Shopping Centre. Despite the well-documented challenges in the retail market, this micro-location has strengthened as overall voids have reduced.
A refreshed marketing strategy run jointly by Trinity Rose Commercial and Four & Co resulted in strong interest and the eventual successful signing of Wenzels on a new 10 year lease (break at six). Established in 1975, Wenzells has quickly become a well-recognised name in the industry with a strong reputation for high quality products and services. It now operates from over 100 locations and is a new entrant to the Southampton market.
