Following on from two already successful lettings during the pandemic, Prism has now secured another letting in the form of Crayfern Homes.
The 4,666 sq ft site will become a new Head Office premises for the growing niche residential developer. A five year lease with a three year break at a rent of £16.50 per sq ft will bring a fresh image for the company, as well as the benefits of excellent parking and an accessible location to the business.
