Craigard has let the vacant top floor of its office premises, Prospect House, within three months of refurbishing the space.
Following the lease re-gear with existing tenant Zibrant in 2017, Liaison Financial Services has taken the whole of the top floor on a 10 year lease at £75,000 per annum exclusive.
The 5,445 sq. ft. suite, which was previously let to Zibrant, is undergoing tenant fit out works who will then move into the suite.
