Craigard is delighted to announce that the first two units have finished construction at Craigard’s new Bridgwater Trade Park.
The scheme, which comprises of a selection of warehouse, trade counter and industrial units began construction in May 2019 and phase 1 is very close to being completed, despite the recent lockdown delaying works. The first two units, Unit 1 at 11,800 sq ft and Unit 2 at 5,800 sq ft are now completed and are ready for immediate occupation.
Prominently positioned fronting the A38 Bristol Road, excellent transport links and up-to-date modern facilities make this scheme highly attractive. In phase one, a further three units are still being completed and will be ready to occupy from Q3 2020. Phase two, circa 1.4 acres of land, is currently available for pre-let opportunities or could remain as open site storage should a tenant require it. To display these fantastic facilities, Craigard has also enlisted drone technology to show the current work taking place and the scale of the site.
“We are really pleased with how the units have turned out and think they offer very good accommodation for local occupiers,” comments David Foster. “Whilst phase one of the build is nearing completion, we are still able to be flexible with that space, consolidating units to make larger spaces if so required. In turn, we are also open as to what we do with the remaining space in phase two. Should a tenant require it, we can work closely with them to provide an accommodation type or design that meets their specific needs. This is a fantastic scheme, and we’re confident the space will be snapped up in no time at all.”
A dedicated website, www.bridgwatertradepark.co.uk, which features the drone footage, contains all the details around the site. Alternatively, lettings are being handled by joint agents, Avison Young – 0117 984 2400 and Greenslade Taylor Hunt – 01823 334455.
